"My sister Aftyn and I loved our dad deeply and have many memories with him we will cherish forever. Most of my favorite memories with my dad include not just my mom and Aftyn, but also my dad’s “adopted” children. Our house was a place where ANYONE could go WHENEVER they needed a place to get away... to talk... to get unfiltered advice... and most importantly, to laugh. The doors to our house and “Lugnut Lounge” were always open, and there was almost always somebody enjoying my dad’s company. It was because of his selflessness to spend time with and listen to others that allowed him to touch the lives of so many. The Lugnut Foundation is our way of allowing the spirit of our dad to live on and continue to provide parental support wherever it is valued. We love you dad."
